Who we are looking for

We are looking for lawyers for whom standard interpretation of the law is not enough and who look at things from a different perspective. We are looking for people for whom continual self-improvement and personal growth are a matter of course and who will share our common values. We are looking for people who think differently and look for new and innovative paths. We are looking for people that want to be the best. We are looking for genuine talents.

It is not important to us which particular university you attended or whether or not you have studied abroad at any point.  We do, however, like working with colleagues who are enthusiastic about law, are not afraid to deal with complicated legal issues and look for unconventional and innovative solutions, and who are interested in the broader context of law. We value genuine personalities with their own views who are not afraid to bring their own ideas for improvement, and we appreciate a sense of humour or debate on areas of interest outwith the field of law.
