Achour & Hájek is pleased to welcome JUDr. Michaela Poremská Ph.D., LLM. Michaela is an expert in the field of public procurement who focuses particularly on the issue of electronic procurement. Between 2006 to 2010, she worked as a lawyer and then as Head of Procurement at the Rectorate of Masaryk University in Brno, where she was involved in implementing electronic systems. Currently she lectures on construction law at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Technical University in Brno. She is also an assistant professor in the Department of Law and Social Sciences in the Faculty of Business and Economics at Mendel University in Brno, where she lectures on electronic public procurement. Michaela is the author of many articles and publications as well as a leading volume on electronic procurement.
