Martina Rozhoňová

Martina Rozhoňová specialises in real estate, administrative and company law and advises on M&A transactions. She assists with all aspects of real estate deals, including sales, transfers, development projects, land use planning, leasing, financing and the real estate aspects of corporate transactions. She has handled large-scale real estate and M&A projects and served as counsel to international entities.

Martina Rozhoňová is a graduate of the law faculty at Charles University in Prague. She is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
